Good performance pays off
Students at the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences have the opportunity to apply for a Germany Scholarship – Deutschlandstipendium or a full scholarship directly through the university. Both of these are funded by the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hamm Academic Society, the Lippstadt Academic Society and by companies from the region. Nevertheless, the number of scholarships is limited and there is no guarantee that any financial support will be granted.
The University of Applied Sciences offers additional funding options, e.g., by arranging dual degree program variants in collaboration with partner companies.
At the beginning of and during your studies, we will advise you on the prerequisites for a scholarship, application procedure and the services offered by the various scholarships.
The Germany Scholarship
Study without money worries
The Germany Scholarship ("Deutschlandstipendium") is organized by the German Federal Government and funded in equal proportions by the Federal Government and private donors. The aim is to empower exceptionally gifted young people and enable them to fully concentrate on their studies without distractions. Scholarships are awarded to students who have distinguished themselves by their outstanding achievements, who have received honors or prizes or who show extraordinary commitment to social, community or political organizations or fulfill similar criteria. Consideration is likewise given to students who are overcoming especially difficult biographical challenges or obstacles in their social, cultural or family background.
